IT Manager at a logistics center
My time as IT Manager at a logistics center of DIA Group in La Selva del Camp (Tarragona) lasted from April 19, 2016 to December 15, 2019, when the center closed.
Working both in offices and in warehouse.
Some of the tasks performed during this time:
Management of approximately 100 computers, commissioning of the computers with their corresponding image (S.O. Windows 7, 10 …).
Maintenance of PCs, repairs, memory expansions, change of peripherals, providing solutions to the problems of users.
User management through AD (Active Directory), as well as software with the SCCM application and DNA.
Carrying out the maintenance of the printers, change of parts, maintenance, etc.
Management of the center’s network
Management of the center network, with communications rack and RF for warehouse, with CISCO switch, as well as their corresponding backup.
IP addressed for correct operation.
RF warehouse system (radiofrequency)
In association with the supplier in a new installation of the RF with switch and antennas in order to carry out the optimal operation of the warehouse.
Configuration and maintenance of the elements that make up that network.
Picking by voice (talkman configuration)
Fixed terminals (screen configuration)
Mobile terminals (tablets and other devices)
AS400 IBM System
Carrying out tasks of visualization and download of images of the video recorders d the center and supermarkets on demand.
Microsoft Office automation
Providing solutions, training and help to users in office software such as the Office 2013 package, SAP, as well as Google Drive and other more specific ones.
Proposing and executing training actions for users on digitization, more specifically the use of Google tools.
Management of mobile lines, as well as devices (smartphone and tablets), configurations, problem solving, sim cards, etc.
Installation (device configuration) and telephone support of the own apps in the different devices.
Offering phone support to users of the center and stores.
